JOB SUMMARY Provides administrative support to Sales Management and Sales Representatives

General Responsibilities:
· Maintains account lists and mailing lists
· Prepares and assembles reports and presentations
· Answers telephones, types correspondence and schedules appointments
· Backup for Receptionist
· Maintain copiers with supplies/paper
· Maintain / update quantitative and qualitative information / sales pieces
· May require some work/travel outside regular office location and/or extended work hours
· Recruitment Coordinator for Sales
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
· People Skills / Team Player
· Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
· Ability to learn proprietary software
· Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/Acrobat/Illustrator a plus, but not required
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Aptitude to make decisions and work independently without immediate direction or supervision
· Ability to interact with management and staff at all levels
· Problem-solving ability and skill in prioritizing
· Ability to multi-task and handle pressures and deadlines
· Be extremely detail oriented
· Basic creative writing and designing skills
· Media experience a plus
· Able to sit for extended periods of time
